The Tango Chair
Inspired by the poise and movement of its name sake, hence the asymmetry in the placement of the legs. From conversations about the need for suitable chairs for nursing mothers, reading for children and private space the seat is designed with comfort in mind and with generous proportions.
In keeping with Simon's philosophy on minimal process, materials and sustainable manufacturing process using materials from a renewable source.
Notice how elegantly the attachment of the seat to the shell is concealed.

The seating has a high quality woven webbed base to support the cushion, giving it a comfortable but still firm support.
